Breakfast mediterranean scramble


 Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil

1 cup chopped veggies, your choice

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 tsp greek seasoning

1/4 cup feta cheese

Instructions

Heat oil in a small non-stick skillet. Once hot, add veggies and saute until soft. Meanwhile, beat greek seasoning and feta into eggs. Once veggies are at desired doneness, add egg mixture to skillet and gently stir until cooked. Serve immediately..
