Caramel pudding




 caramel pudding has basic ingredients which you can use to prepare. 

Ingredients:

  • 8 Bread slices
  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated milk

How to make:

  1. For caramel take a pan add sugar in it
  2. Let melt the sugar and caramelized it
  3. It will change the colour to golden brown
  4. Turn the flame off and pour the caramel in a bowl.and keep it aside
  5. Take a blender add bread pcs.add yogurt, milk,condensed milk,evaporated milk and rest of ingredients
  6.  Blend well
  7. Pour the mixture over the caramel cover it with foil
  8. Steam it for 40-45 minutes
  9. Once done make it cool for 5 hrs in refrigerator
  10. Caramel pudding is ready to serve
