Caramel pudding
caramel pudding has basic ingredients which you can use to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 8 Bread slices
- 1 cup Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Condensed milk
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
How to make:
- For caramel take a pan add sugar in it
- Let melt the sugar and caramelized it
- It will change the colour to golden brown
- Turn the flame off and pour the caramel in a bowl.and keep it aside
- Take a blender add bread pcs.add yogurt, milk,condensed milk,evaporated milk and rest of ingredients
- Blend well
- Pour the mixture over the caramel cover it with foil
- Steam it for 40-45 minutes
- Once done make it cool for 5 hrs in refrigerator
- Caramel pudding is ready to serve
